Erasmus Foreign Language Exam Rules
• Students must enter the exam with their student ID cards and keep them on their desks, visible to the invigilators, throughout the exam. Students must check the name lists at the entrance to the hall; students whose names are not on the list must report the situation to the exam supervisor. Students whose signatures are not on the attendance list will have their exams invalidated. It is forbidden to take the exam with fake or someone else’s ID; suspicious situations will be reported to the High School administration.
• The exam will start on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 13:00 and will last 150 minutes. The exam will be held in the classrooms of the School of Foreign Languages, the Faculty of Theology, and TÖMER. Students arriving within the first 15 minutes will be admitted to the exam after ID verification, but no extra time will be given. Students will not be allowed to leave the hall during the first 30 minutes of the exam. It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the invigilators during the exam; in cases of rule violations, a report will be filed and the exam will be deemed invalid.
• Only answers marked on the optical form will be evaluated. Before the exam begins, the name, surname, student number, and booklet type on the optical form must be coded completely and correctly. The exam will be administered in two groups, and failure to mark the booklet type will result in the exam being invalidated. No negative points will be applied for incorrect answers.
• Bringing mobile phones, smartwatches, tablets, headphones, and similar digital devices into the exam room is prohibited. Detection of these devices during the exam will be considered an attempt at cheating, and the exam will be invalidated. These situations will be handled within the scope of the Fırat University Associate Degree, Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations.
• Students applying for internship mobility will be evaluated solely based on their written exam scores. Students scoring 40-49 points will receive an A1 level certificate, those scoring 50-79 points will receive an A2 level certificate, and those scoring 80 and above will receive a B1 level certificate.
• Students applying for study mobility will take an oral exam on the Tuesday following the written exam. The final score will be calculated by taking 75% of the written exam and 25% of the oral exam. A minimum score of 50 on the written exam is required to be eligible for the oral exam. Students scoring 60-79 will be eligible for a B1 level certificate, and those scoring 80 or higher will be eligible for a B2 level certificate.
The exam results will be announced on the School of Foreign Languages website.
