In accordance with the Fırat University Regulation on Education, Training, and Examinations, the announcement of and objections to exam results shall be handled as follows:
ARTICLE 36 – (1) General exam and make-up exam results shall be entered into the student affairs automation system no later than three working days following the end of the relevant exam period. Within the same timeframe, the exam results must be submitted to the relevant unit administration for forwarding to the Department of Student Affairs. Exam papers and course attendance records shall be retained by the relevant unit for a period of two years.
(2) Exam results shall not be altered except in cases where a clerical error is identified. Students or instructors shall submit requests for grade corrections to the relevant department head via e-mail within three working days of the announcement of exam results, using the attached petition form.
(3) Exam papers subject to objection shall be reviewed by the department head and the instructor who administered the exam. When necessary, the department head may—upon a decision by the department board—appoint a commission of at least three department members (including the instructor who taught the course) to review the exam papers. If a clerical error is found in the exam papers, the objection shall be resolved by the administrative board of the relevant unit.
(4) The student's objection shall be concluded within one week.
